We are seeking a motivated Part Time (trainee) Sale Negotiator to join our vibrant team at Indigo Greens. As an integral part of our esteemed estate agency, you will be responsible for facilitating property sales transactions, forging strong client relationships, and achieving exceptional outcomes by working as a team. No experience is necessary as full in-house training will be provided to enable you to have the confidence to aim high.
Position summary
• Salary - £9,555 per year
• Working week - Total hours per week: 15 hours - Monday, Wednesday and Friday. (Suggested hours 9:30am – 2:30pm)
• Possible Start - Immediate.
• Location of work - In person, Our office is based at YO10 3DW
Duties to include but not limited to:
• Answering the phone & emails
• Handling property enquires and bookings
• Conduct property viewings whilst offering support to potential buyers
• General office duties
• Proactively keeping clients and third-party firms updated regularly
• Negotiating offers
• Participate in staff training and weekly team updates
• Producing property marketing materials
• Registering applicant details onto a database
• Supporting and strengthening online social media presence and happy to appear on video
What are we looking for in a candidate?
• A full clean UK Driving licence and access to your own well-maintained car is desirable but not essential (Business miles are paid at 45p per mile when using own car)

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• An aptitude for thinking on your feet and problem solving
• Reliable with excellent time keeping skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• An understanding of computer and smart phone use
